| 内容記述 | 目的:2年課程看護専門学校学生が学習上直面する問題を明らかにし,その特徴を考察する.方法:研究協力の承諾を得た2年課程看護専門学校を卒業した看護職者18名を対象とした半構造化面接によりデータ収集を行った.面接内容から得られたデータから,2年課程看護専門学校学生が学習上直面する問題を表す内容を抽出し,Berelson, B. の方法論を参考にした看護教育学における内容分析の手法を用いて分析した.結果:2年課程看護専門学校学生が学習上直面する問題を表す【教員の指導方法や自校の教育方針に対する困惑】【実務や親役割と学業併行による自己学習時間捻出困難】など,23カテゴリが形成された.結論:2年課程看護専門学校学生が学習上,23種類の問題に直面していることを明らかにした.また,考察の結果,それらの問題には,《2年課程看護専門学校学生が,成人学習者の特徴をもつことによって生じる》《2年課程看護専門学校の教育課程や学生の背景に影響を受けたことにより生じる》《対人関係技術の未熟さに影響を受けたことにより生じる》など,6つの特徴があることを示した.本研究の結果は,2年課程看護専門学校の教員が教育の対象である学生への理解を深め,学生の目標達成を支援する際の資料として活用可能である. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objective : The aim of this study was to identify problems encountered during the learning process by nursing students in a two-year diploma program. Methods : Data were collected from semi-structured interviews of 18 nurses who graduated from a two-year nursing diploma program. All data were analyzed using a content analysis method based on Berelson's methodology used in nursing education. Results : The problems encountered by nursing students could be classified into 23 categories, including "Perplexed by the teacher's educational method and the educational policies of the program" and "Difficult to ensure the learning time due to parallel work and parent roles and academic." Conculusion : Nursing students in a two-year diploma program encountered 23 types of problems during the learning process. They will encounter problems had six features, including "Nursing students in a two-year diploma program have the characteristic of adult learners" and "Affected by the nursing students in a two-year diploma program curriculum and student background." These results are expected to contribute to a better understanding of the problems encountered by nursing students and to help them achieve their goals. | |||||
