| 内容記述 | 目的:患者から暴力を受けた精神科看護師が抱いた直後の感情と現在の感情および介在した要因を明らかにして,精神科看護師がバーンアウトすることなく看護ケアを実践するための示唆を得ることである.方法:A県の精神科病院に勤務する看護師10名に面接調査を行い,Berelson, B.の内容分析により分析した.結果:暴力を受けた看護師の直後の感情は【患者に対する怒りと不満】【患者に対する嫌悪感と拒否感】など12コアカテゴリであった.暴力を受けた看護師の現在の感情は【患者に対する諦め】【患者の病状安定への心配】など11コアカテゴリであった.暴力を受けた看護師の直後と現在の感情に至る間に存在した要因は【患者理解の深まり】【暴力への解釈の転換】など6コアカテゴリであった.結論:暴力を受けた看護師は直後に怒り・嫌悪などの否定的感情を抱いていた.これらの感情は患者理解の深まりや暴力への解釈の転換などの要因により減少した.一方,現在も否定的感情を抱いている者もおり,暴力を受けた看護師に対するサポートの重要性が示唆された. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objective : To clarify the current feelings of psychiatric nurses who have been assaulted by patients, their feelings immediately after being assaulted, and relevant mediators in order to suggest methods to protect nurses from psychiatric burn out. Methods : We interviewed a total of 10 nurses working in a psychiatric hospital in Prefecture A, and analyzed the contents following Berelson's method. Results : Based on the nurses' statements regarding their feelings immediately after being assaulted, we extracted 12 core categories, including "anger toward and dissatisfaction with patients" and "aversion to and sense of rejection toward patients." Their current feelings included 11 core categories, including "giving up on patients" and "concerns about the patients' disease and condition." The factors that mediated changes in the nurses' feelings consisted of six core categories, such as "deepened understanding of patients" and "changes in their views regarding violence." Conclusion : Assaulted nurses initially had negative feelings such as anger and aversion ; however, these feelings lessened after deepening their understanding of their patients and changing their views regarding violence. On the other hand, some nurses still had negative feelings at the time of the interview, suggesting the importance of providing support for assaulted nurses. | |||||
