| 内容記述 | 目的:2年課程看護専門学校学生の学習経験を表す概念を創出し,その総体を明らかにし,学習経験の特徴について考察する.方法:研究方法論には看護概念創出法を適用し,2年課程看護専門学校を卒業した看護職者18名を対象とした半構造化面接によりデータを収集し,持続比較分析を行った.結果:2年課程看護専門学校学生の学習経験を表す【実務や親役割と学業の両立に向けた優先度の適宜変更】【実務経験や学習経験の活用による学習内容の理解深化と活用不可による理解困難】など,16の概念を創出した.結論:2年課程看護専門学校学生の学習経験を表す16の概念を明らかにした.また,考察の結果,それらの概念が表す学習経験は,《同時併行を余儀なくされる多様な役割遂行の優先度を変えなければ学習を継続できないことにより生じる経験》《累積している学習資源の豊かさとその活用の可否に影響を受け生じる経験》など,5つの特徴をもつことが示された.本研究の結果は,2年課程看護専門学校の教員が教育の対象である学生の理解を深め,学生の目標達成を支援する際の資料として活用可能である. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objective : This research aimed to conceptualize the learning experiences of nursing students in a 2-year diploma program and identify the features of their learning experiences. Methods : Data were collected from semi-structured interviews of 18 nurses who graduated from a 2-year nursing diploma program. Methodology for Conceptualization of Nursing was applied and data were subjected to continuous comparative analysis. Results : The results identified 16 concepts of the learning experiences of nursing students in a 2-year diploma program, including [Prioritizing practical cooperation, the parent's role, and suitably adapting to changes] and [Enhanced understanding of the learning contents through practical use and experiences in practical situations or difficulty understanding learning experiences when learning contents are not practical]. Conculusion : The 16 concepts of the learning experiences of nursing students in a 2-year diploma program were clarified. These findings demonstrate that the results of discussions about such situations as [Experiences during which they could not learn to change the priority of various roles must be carried repeatedly] and [Experiences that provide a wealth of knowledge have been accumulated, and must be effectively utilized], it has five features, such as. The results of this research contribute to our understanding of students' learning experiences and may help students achieve their goals. | |||||
