Methods : Data were collected from semi-structured interviews of 18 nurses who graduated from a 2-year nursing diploma program. Methodology for Conceptualization of Nursing was applied and data were subjected to continuous comparative analysis. Results : The results identified 16 concepts of the learning experiences of nursing students in a 2-year diploma program, including [Prioritizing practical cooperation, the parent's role, and suitably adapting to changes] and [Enhanced understanding of the learning contents through practical use and experiences in practical situations or difficulty understanding learning experiences when learning contents are not practical]. Conculusion : The 16 concepts of the learning experiences of nursing students in a 2-year diploma program were clarified. These findings demonstrate that the results of discussions about such situations as [Experiences during which they could not learn to change the priority of various roles must be carried repeatedly] and [Experiences that provide a wealth of knowledge have been accumulated, and must be effectively utilized], it has five features, such as.
