内容記述 | 目的:就職6ヵ月時における新人看護職者のバーンアウトの要因を検討し,看護療法を実践することによるバーンアウト低減の効果を明らかにする.方法:A県内4ヵ所の170~490床の一般病院において看護療法の新人研修を行い,9月に新人看護職者56名に自記式質問紙調査,23名に面接調査を実施した.分析方法は,因子分析,重回帰分析,テキストマイニングを用いた対応分析等を行った.結果:バーンアウトは新人看護職者の約5割が6ヵ月時に保有していた.日本型情動的コミットメント,情動的コミットメントが高いほど,バーンアウトを低くする要因となった.また,【技術の習得】,【看護ケアの効果】,【患者からの感謝】等がやる気を喚起し,【知識・技術不足】,【インシデント】,【心身の疲労】等がやる気の低下として抽出できた.結論:看護療法の実践は,自己の有能さを認め,看護のやりがいに繋がり,バーンアウトを低減させる効果が示唆された. | |||||

内容記述 | Objectives : The present study aimed to identify the main factors related to burnout among newly graduated nurses and to clarify the effectiveness of nursing therapy with respect to improving burnout rates among newly graduated nurses. Methods : Subjects comprised 56 newly graduated nurses who worked at hospitals that had 170 to 490 beds. Nurses were asked to answer questionnaires prepared by the researchers. After six months, half of the newly graduated nurses were interviewed about the nursing therapy which were conducted at hospitals by the researchers. Newly graduated nurses learned and practiced nursing therapy from the researchers, prior to beginning work in hospitals. They practiced massage, smiling, listening and meditation of the nursing therapy. Analysis : Factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and text mining were carried out. Results : Fifty percent of newly graduated nurses reported feeling burned out within six months. However, newly graduated nurses with higher levels of affective commitment to the job produced lower burnout rates. In addition, this acquired skills from the practice, effectiveness of nursing care to patients and gratitude by patients were factors that engendered a sense of satisfaction for newly graduated nurses. These factors led to a lower burnout rate. In contrast, a lack of knowledge and nursing skills, mistakes, other incidents, and fatigue were factors that were associated with low levels of job satisfaction and a higher burnout rate. The newly graduated nurses were able to feel good communication and the relationship of mutual trust with patients. Furthermore they felt that they could broaden their nursing outlook for patients. Conclusions : Nursing therapy should be recommended for all newly graduated nurses, as it prepares nurses for the daily tasks of the job and leads to higher levels of job satisfaction, consequently leading to a lower burnout rate. | |||||
