| 内容記述 | 目的:「メタ統合」を用いた研究の分析方法を概観してその現状を解明し,分析方法の特徴や今後の課題を考察する.方法:CINAHLを用い,「metasynthesis」「meta-synthesis」をキーワードとし,海外文献を検索した.また,医学中央雑誌を用い,「メタ統合」をキーワードとし,わが国の文献を検索した.次に,「メタ統合」を用いた研究を対象論文として抽出した.最後に,「メタ統合」を用いた研究の分析方法を概観し,その現状を解明した.結果:対象論文として40件を抽出した.「メタ統合」を用いた研究の6種類の分析方法が存在した.それは,【1.現象を表す包括的な概念をうみ出す方法】【2.現象を表す包括的な概念をうみ出すとともに,うみ出した概念間の関連を表す方法】などであった.結論:6種類の分析方法の特徴が明らかになった.本研究の結果は,それぞれの研究目的に適した分析方法を選択するための資料となる.また,各分析方法の発展に向けては,研究者が,各自の具体的方法を十分に検討し,論述していく必要がある. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objective: The aims of the present study were to clarify the current state of nursing research involving meta-synthesis by outlining the analysis methods and consider the features and future issues of each method. Methods : Foreign and Japanese literature were respectively reviewed via CINAHL using the keywords 'metasynthesis' and 'meta-synthesis', and Igakuchuozasshi (Japana Centra Revuo Medicina), using the keyword "meta-togo" (meta-synthesis). Literature involving 'meta-synthesis' were selected, the analysis methods were outlined and the current state was clarified. Results : Forty literatures involving "meta-synthesis" were selected and 6 kinds of analysis method were identified. These included, "1. Method generating comprehensive concepts explaining the phenomena being researched." and "2. Method generating comprehensive concepts explaining the phenomena being researched and describing the relationship between these concepts". Conclusion : The features of 6 kinds of analysis method were clarified. These findings enable the selection of analysis methods that fit the respective research objectives. In order to further develop each analysis method, researchers must sufficiently consider specific methods and describe them. | |||||
