| 内容記述 | 目的:諸外国の博士論文における安全管理研究の動向やその内容の特徴を明らかにし,その結果をもとに,看護基礎教育における安全管理に関する教育内容を検討する.方法:「nursing」,「doctoral dissertation」と「incident」,「adverse event」などの用語を用いてWeb版CINAHLにより対象文献を検索した.検索された研究を分析フォームに基づきデータ化した.データのうち,研究デザイン等に関しては記述統計値を算出し,研究内容に関しては,ベレルソンの内容分析の手法を参考に分析した.結果:69件の博士論文を分析対象とした.分析の結果,安全管理に関する博士論文の研究数は,2002年以降に増加していた.研究内容は,【看護師・看護学生・看護補助者の健康被害・傷害の発生の実際と関連する因子・対策の解明】【エラー・有害事象の発生の実際と関連する因子の解明】など8カテゴリに分類された.結論:看護基礎教育における安全管理教育に向けては,8カテゴリから示唆された安全管理に関する5つの研究領域に関する教育内容を検討する必要がある. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objective: The Purpose of this study was to clarify the status and features of nursing doctoral dissertations regarding safety management published outside Japan and to determine issues related to evidence-based education in undergraduate nursing programs. Methods: Nursing doctoral dissertations on safety management were identified by searching the CINAHL database using key words related to safety management such as incident and adverse event. Descriptive statistics and content analysis were performed in the selected dissertations. Results : A total of 69 dissertations were selected for the study. There was a considerable increase in dissertations from 2002. Eight categories, for example, "evaluation of the facts regarding health hazards and injuries among nurses, nursing students, and nursing aids and strategies toward these" were defined. Conclusions : The results suggested that a comprehensive approach to safety management education was required. | |||||
