| 内容記述 | 目的: 産業労働者を対象とした看護に焦点を当てた先行研究を明らかにし,今後の産業労働者に対する看護の研究課題を検討する.方法: 医学中央雑誌を用い,「産業看護」,「労働衛生」,「健康管理」,「衛生管理」,「企業・事業所」をキーワードとし,1982年から2004年に発表された研究を検索し105件を抽出した.これを分析対象とし,内容分析の手法を用い分析した.結果: 大学などの教育機関の研究者による量的研究が大半を占めており,研究内容が11の領域から進展していた.11領域のうち【1.従業員・事業主・家族の健康状態・生活状況】【2.企業における健康管理の実施状況】【3.業務内容・労働環境と健康状態・生活状況との関連】は本研究の対象全体の約8割を占めた.結論: 研究課題として,産業労働者の心身の健康保持・増進に向けた,看護職者の支援の根拠となる健康管理ニーズに対応した健康増進プログラムの開発,およびその評価測定尺度の開発に関する研究継続と研究成果の産出が必要である. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objectives : Previous studies on occupational health nursing were examined in order to determine future themes for nursing research. The present study focuses on health-related issues among occupational workers, including aspects of the surrounding environment, such as working conditions, workplace interrelationships, and family issues. Methods : We identified 105 studies published in Japana Centra Revuo Medicina between 1982 and 2004 using the following key words : "occupational health nursing", "occupational hygiene", "health control", "hygiene control", and "enterprise/entrepreneur". Subsequently, the studies were subjected to a content analysis. Results : Most studies were performed quantitatively by researchers in educational institutions such as universities. Research was conducted in 11 fields, of which the following three accounted for approximately 80% of the studies : 1. General health and living situations of employees, entrepreneurs, and families; 2. Practice status of health control in enterprises; and 3. Associations between work content and occupational environments, and between general health and living situations. Conclusion : Further research may be required in order to develop health promotion programs and nursing support methods that maintain and promote the physical and mental health of occupational workers. Research on the development of assessment scales for such programs should thus be continued. | |||||
