| 内容記述 | 研究の目的:フィジカルアセスメント技術教育に関する研究の動向を解明し,その結果を基に効果的なフィジカルアセスメント技術教育の実現に向け,取り組むべき研究課題を検討する.方法:医学中央雑誌を用い「アセスメント」「教育」「看護」をキーワードに2000年から2004年までに発表された研究を検索し33件の研究を抽出した.これを分析対象とし,ベレルソンの内容分析の手法を用い分析した.結果:研究者の所属は大学が78.8%と大半を占めていた.また,研究内容を表す9カテゴリを明らかにした.9カテゴリとは,【フィジカルアセスメント技術教育における学生の目標到達状況】【実習における学生のフィジかレアセスメント技術活用からみた教育効果】などであった.結論:研究課題として,質的研究成果の蓄積,講義・演習と実習との教育効果の関連性などの解明の必要性を示唆した. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objectives: This study was conducted in order to collect basic data regarding the trends and issues in research on nursing education concerning physical assessment techniques for further research and the application to physical assessment education. Methods: To search the related literature between 2000 and 2004, a computer data base, Igaku Chuou Zasshi, was used with the key words, "assessment", "education", and "nursing". A total of 33 papers were selected for the study sample and were analyzed using Berelson's content analysis method. Results: Of all researchers, 78.8% were university faculty members. A total of 9 categories were extracted from the data, including (1) the conditions of goal attainment by nursing students regarding physical assessment techniques, and (2) the educational effect of using physical assessment techniques in a nursing clinical practicum course. Conclusions: The results suggest the following themes for future research: (1) the collection of qualitative research data on physical assessment techniques used in basic nursing education, and (2) the relationships with the educational effects of the lectures, nursing skills laboratories and nursing clinical practicum courses. | |||||
