| 内容記述 | 目的：子育て期にある女性看護職員の在職する病院への就業継続意思に関連する要因を明らかにする． 方法：全国の病院から比例層化無作為抽出法を用いて抽出した3,438 名を対象に質問紙調査を実施し，分析には多重ロジスティック回帰分析を用いた．有効回答数は1,586 名（46.1％）であった． 結果：就業継続意思に関連した要因は，職員を大切にする病院である（オッズ比［OR］：2.14,95％信頼区間［CI］：1.57─2.92），ボランティア・PTA 等の社会活動のための時間を割くことができる（OR：1.33，95％ CI：1.01─1.76），職場では子育てについて気軽に話ができる（OR：1.59，95％ CI：1.17─2.17）等の10 項目であった． 結論：特徴的な要因としては，ボランティア・PTA 等の社会活動のための時間を割くことができる，職場では子育てについて気軽に話ができる等が明らかになり，これらの要因に留意して支援する必要性が示唆された． |

| 内容記述 | Objectives: To clarify the factors impacting the willingness of female nursing staff to continue working at their hospital of employment during their child-rearing period. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 3,438 consenting nursing staff members from hospitals across Japan extracted by a proportional stratified random sampling method. The number of valid responses was 1,586 (46.1%). Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to examine the factors. Results: There were 10 factors significantly related to the staff's willingness to work at the same hospital, including“ the hospital values the staff” (odds ratio [OR] 2.14; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.57-2.92); “the staff can spare time to participate in social activities such as volunteer and parent-teacher association (PTA) activities” (OR, 1.33; 95% CI, 1.01-1.76) and“ a comfortable atmosphere to discuss child-rearing at their workplace” (OR, 1.59; 95% CI, 1.17-2.17). Conclusions: Among the factors related to the willingness to continue working at the same hospital, the most characteristic ones were the time they had to spare for social activities such as volunteer and PTA activities, and a comfortable atmosphere to discuss child-rearing at their workplace. The necessity to support the fulfillment of these factors was suggested. |
