The number of valid responses was 1,586 (46.1%).\nMultiple logistic regression analysis was used to examine the factors.\nResults: There were 10 factors significantly related to the staff's willingness to work at the same hospital, including“ the hospital values the staff” (odds ratio [OR] 2.14; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.57-2.92); “the staff can spare time to participate in social activities such as volunteer and parent-teacher association (PTA) activities” (OR, 1.33; 95% CI, 1.01-1.76) and“ a comfortable atmosphere to discuss child-rearing at their workplace” (OR, 1.59; 95% CI, 1.17-2.17).\nConclusions: Among the factors related to the willingness to continue working at the same hospital, the most characteristic ones were the time they had to spare for social activities such as volunteer and PTA activities, and a comfortable atmosphere to discuss child-rearing at their workplace.
