| 内容記述 | 目的：A県内の35市町村を対象に，「切れ目ない妊娠・出産支援」に関する事業の現状を明らかにし，地域ごとに抱える課題を検討した．方法：郵送による自記式質問紙調査および地域の実情に合わせた重点的な取り組みを行う市町村に聞き取り調査を実施し，記述統計を算出，または，質的・帰納的に分析した．結果：回答を得た28市町村（回収率80％）の子育て世代包括支援センターの中核となる事業の取り組みでは，取り組み「有」21.4％．事業内容では，産前・産後相談，新生児訪問，母子健康手帳交付時の支援等を行うのが各92.9％．地域の実情に合わせた重点的な取り組みを行う3市町村では，各々《既存事業の継続》等に取り組んでいた．結論：28市町村では，先ず地域の実情に合わせ既存の母子保健事業を継続する中で，新たな仕組みを模索しているという現状が示された． | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objectives: The objectives of this study were to clarify the current status of programs aimed at“continuous support for pregnancy and childbirth” in 35 municipalities in Prefecture A and to investigate the problems in each area. Methods: A mailed self-administered questionnaire survey and an interview survey of municipalities engaged in focused activities according to local circumstances were conducted, and either descriptive statistics were calculated or qualitative and inductive analysis was performed. Results: Of the 28 municipalities that responded to the questionnaire (response rate, 80%), 21.4% had program activities central to comprehensive support centers for families with children, 92.9% provided counseling before and after childbirth, visits to newborns, support for receiving a maternal and child health handbook, etc., and 3 municipalities engaged in focused activities according to the local circumstances were engaged in 《the continuation of existing programss》, etc. Conclusions: The results showed that the 28 municipalities were currently seeking new activities, while first continuing existing maternal and child health programs according to local circumstances. | |||||
