| 内容記述 | 目的:病棟看護師が一貫した看護過程を展開するために行っている実践を明らかにし,その実践の特徴を考察する.方法:全国の病棟看護師815名を対象に,郵送法によるデータ収集を行った.438名より質問紙を回収し,そのうち,一貫した看護過程を展開するために行っている実践に関する質問に回答した342名分の記述を分析した.分析方法には,Berelson, B.の方法論を参考にした看護教育学における内容分析を用いた.結果:【話し合いや会話を通して他看護師と必要な情報を共有する】【常に最新の情報を発信する】など,病棟看護師が一貫した看護過程を展開するために行っている実践を表す27カテゴリを明らかにした.結論:考察の結果は,病棟看護師が一貫した看護過程を展開するために行っている実践27種類が,9つの特徴を持つことを示唆した. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify useful practices for the ongoing nursing process, and to discuss the characteristics of these practices. Methods : Questionnaires were mailed to 815 ward nurses. Responses were received from 438, among whom 342 provided descriptions of useful practices for the ongoing nursing process. Analysis method was the qualitative analysis in nursing education based on Berelson's content analysis method. Results : A total of 27 categories such as "sharing necessary information with other nurses through discussions and conversations" and "continuously providing the latest information" were clarified. Conclusions : These results suggest that useful practices for the ongoing nursing process can be classified into 27 categories with nine characteristics. | |||||
