| 内容記述 | 目的:社会人経験をもつ新人看護師の看護職継続過程における職業経験を表す概念を創出し,その総体を明らかにし,その特徴について考察する.方法:研究方法論には,看護概念創出法を適用し社会人経験をもつ看護師19名を対象とした半構造化面接によりデータを収集し,持続比較分析を行った.結果:社会人経験をもつ新人看護師の看護職継続過程における職業経験を表す【実践経験と前職の経験活用による円滑な業務遂行】【看護実践に必要な知識・技術と看護師役割の理解深化】など,10の概念を創出した.結論:社会人経験をもつ新人看護師の看護職継続過程における職業経験を表す10の概念を明らかにした.また,考察の結果,それらの概念が表す看護職継続過程における職業経験は,〈自己の看護実践の成果に影響をうけ生じる経験〉など5つの特徴をもつことが示された.本研究の結果は,社会人経験をもつ新人看護師を指導する看護職者が,社会人経験をもつ新人看護師の理解を深め,社会人経験をもつ新人看護師の職業継続を支援する際の資料として活用可能である. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objective : To clarify the occupational experience of new graduate nurses with previous work experience and to identify the main features of their experience. Methods : Data was collected using semi-structured interviews for 19 nurses who applied for the Methodology for Conceptualization of Nursing study. [If this addition is not correct, please clarify what "Methodology for Conceptualization of Nursing" refers to.] and had previously worked in other fields, and a self-sustaining comparative analysis was made. Results : Based on the interview contents, 10 concepts that represent the work experience of new graduate nurses with previous work experience and people skills were created, including [deepened understanding of the role of nurses and knowledge of the technology necessary for nursing practice] and [smooth business operations due to utilizing previous work experience and skills]. Conclusion : 10 concepts showing the occupational experience of new graduate nurses with previous work experience were clarified. Moreover, the 10 concepts were found to express five features, such as 〈nursing practice positively influenced by past work experience〉. Experienced nurses who guide and train new nursing graduates with previous work experience can deepen the new nurses' understanding of the role of nurses, and can utilize the results of this research when providing occupational support. | |||||
