| 内容記述 | 目的:地域保健と職域保健の連携を推進する体制が不十分と考えられる地域で勤務する産業看護職の地域・職域連携のニーズと体制整備に対する課題を明らかにする.方法:A県内の事業場に勤務する産業看護職10名に対し半構成的面接を用いて,「連携した地域保健機関」,「連携の効果」,「連携の障壁」等を収集し,Berelson, B.の内容分析の手法を参考に分析した.結果:地域・職域連携のニーズとして,【退職する従業員の継続支援】【メンタルヘルス対策】等の8つのカテゴリを,体制整備の課題として,【行政側の相談窓口の不備と不足】【退職する従業員の支援を地域に引き継ぐ体制の構築】等の4つのカテゴリを抽出した.結論:産業看護職には,地域・職域連携のニーズが認められた.体制整備には,連携推進のための組織づくりが必要であり,その実現には,産業看護職が配置されている事業場から連絡を取り合う関係性を構築することが効果的であることが示唆された. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Purpose : The present study aimed to reveal occupational health nurses' need for a system of cooperation between regional and occupational health service systems and the issues related to developing such a system by focusing on occupational health nurses working in regions considered to have inadequate systems of cooperation. Methods : Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 occupational nurses working in Prefecture A. Nurses were asked about items such as their "experience cooperating with community health institutions," "the effects of the cooperation," and "factors blocking cooperation." The results were analyzed according to Berelson's content analysis. Results : Eight categories were extracted as necessary for cooperation between regional and occupational health service systems, including "continuous support for retiring employees," and "mental health support." Four categories were extracted as issues for developing a cooperative system, including "inadequacy and lack of government counseling services" and "construction of a system allowing a regional health service system to take over support for retiring employees." Conclusion : Occupational health nurses have a need for cooperation between regional and occupational health service systems. The results suggested that the development of a cooperative system requires construction of an interactive relationship to allow information to be shared more easily, as well as establishment of an organization to promote cooperation via several approaches. | |||||
