| 内容記述 | 目的:看護専門学校の教務主任が役割遂行上直面する問題を明らかにし,その特徴を考察する.方法:研究協力の承諾を得た400施設に所属する教務主任432名を対象に,郵送法によるデータ収集を行った.測定用具には役割遂行上直面する問題に関する質問紙と特性調査紙を用いた.その結果,349名(回収率80.8%)より回収でき,直面している問題に関する質問に回答した293名の記述を,Berelson, B. の方法論を参考にした看護教育学における内容分析の手法を用いて分析した.結果:看護専門学校の教務主任が役割遂行上直面する問題を表す【業務量過多に伴う時間不足による役割遂行困難】【教員の能力開発に向けた組織的な取り組み困難】など,32のカテゴリが形成された.結論:看護専門学校の教務主任が役割遂行上,32種類の問題に直面していることを明らかにした.また,考察の結果,それらの問題には,《教務主任の職務内容・権限が明確に規定されていないことによって生じる》《FDを体系的・継続的に取り組む体制として整備できていないことにより生じる》など,8つの特徴があることを示した.本研究の結果は,教務主任自身が直面している問題を客観的に理解し,問題解決していくための方向性を見い出す資料として活用可能である. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objectives : The present study aimed to identify problems encountered by diploma nursing school curriculum coordinators during the execution of their duties and discuss the characteristics. Methods : A questionnaire was sent by mail to 432 curriculum coordinators at 400 institutions that consented to participate in the study. Responses were received from 349 curriculum coordinators (response rate, 80.8%) and the descriptions of problems provided by 293 curriculum coordinators were analyzed using a content analysis method based on Berelson's methodology used in nursing education. Results : Problems encountered by curriculum coordinators were classified into 32 categories, including "difficulty executing role due to lack of time caused by excess workload" and "difficulty with organizational measures toward development of staff competency". Conclusions : Curriculum coordinators encountered 32 types of problems during the execution of their duties. Coordinators' responses indicated that they encountered eight main problems, including "difficulty executing duties due to lack of clear understanding of job scope and authority" and "inadequate system for faculty development". The present results are expected to enable an objective understanding of the problems encountered by curriculum coordinators and may be useful in creating reference materials for resolving these problems. | |||||
