| 内容記述 | 目的:群馬県内の乳がん検診の現状調査を行い,さらに日本と海外の乳がん検診の動向を比較し,受診率向上のための示唆を得る.方法:海外の乳がん検診受診率,海外の検診システムの調査を行う.また,日本国内の乳がん検診の動向の状況を調査する.また,群馬県内における検診の状況を調査する.結果:市町村によって様々な検診システムがあり,それぞれの地域の状況に応じた工夫がなされていた.しかし,群馬県内の乳がん検診受診率は低く,国が示す50%にまで到達していない状況であった.結論:乳がんは早期発見が出来れば,生存率が高いがんである.乳がん検診受診率が上がるよう,啓蒙活動をより活発化させ,乳がん検診がより受け易い制度の確立が必要である. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objective : To review the current status of breast cancer medical examinations in Gunma prefecture and compare breast cancer screening in Japan and other countries, and develop a proposal to increase the number of participants in breast cancer screening. Methods : A review of participation rates in breast cancer screening programs and breast cancer screening systems in the USA and the UK and an investigation of the breast cancer trend in Japan were performed. In addition, the current situation of breast cancer screening in all areas of Gunma prefecture was investigated. Results : A large variation in screening programs was observed in many areas, including cities and villages. However, the rate of participation in breast cancer screening programs was very low (24.4%). It did not reach the target rate of 50% that may be required to improve breast cancer detection. Conclusions : In breast cancer found at an early stage, the survival rate is expected to be high. It is important to improve breast cancer screening so that many women can participate easily in the program. It may be useful to expand the educational program that stresses the need for breast cancer screening. | |||||
