| 内容記述 | 目的:神経系難病療養者サービス利用への保健所保健師の支援方法を検討する.方法:A県B保健所管内の神経系疾患7疾患の療養者のうち,172人に郵送による自記式質問紙調査を行い,有効回答があった148人について,サービス利用とADL,疾患,介護保険制度利用との関係を分析した.結果:在宅療養者は,自立に比して要介助の在宅サービス利用は高く,部分介助に比して全面介助の訪問看護利用は高かった.介護保険対象者は介護保険非対象者に比して在宅サービスの利用割合が高かった.結論:支援方法として,症状の進行が速く医療依存度の高い疾患へは申請時からの個別支援,介護保険対象者へは介護支援専門員との連携強化・助言指導,介護保険非対象者へは調整者不在時にサービス調整の実施の必要性が示唆された. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objectives : To elucidate support for prefectural public health nurses in improving care service utilization among patients with intractable neurological diseases. Methods : A questionnaire survey was distributed by mail to 172 patients who had one of seven major neurological diseases and were residing in B public health region in A Prefecture. Valid responses from 148 patients were subjected to data analysis. Results : Home care service utilization was higher among patients who require care than among independent patients. Furthermore, home care service utilization was higher among patients receiving long-term care insurance than those without long-term care insurance. Conclusion : These results indicate that personal support was necessary for patients who require special financial support for medicine, collaboration and consultation with care workers was necessary for patients who require care from the long-term care insurance system, and coordination of home care services was necessary for patients who do not use long-term care insurance. | |||||
