| 内容記述 | 目的:保健師が知覚する保健師のロールモデル行動を解明し,明らかになったロールモデル行動を考察することによりその特徴を明らかにする.方法:無作為抽出した全国の保健所・保健センターに就業する414名の保健師を対象に,ロールモデル行動に関する質問紙と特性調査紙を用いて,郵送法によるデータ収集を行った.結果:返送された質問紙278(回収率63.0%)のうち,ロールモデルが「いる」と回答し,ロールモデル行動が明確な140名の記述をベレルソンの内容分析の手法を用いて分析した結果,【常に多角的な視野で状況を把握し,冷静かつ的確に判断・対処する】【対象者・家族の気持ちを受け止め,親身になって支援する】など,保健師のロールモデル行動を示す40カテゴリが明らかになった.スコットの式に基づくカテゴリへの一致率は,70%以上であり,カテゴリが信頼性を確保していることを示した.また,40カテゴリを考察した結果,保健師のロールモデル行動には,〔他機関・他職種と連携を図りながら地域特性に応じた保健活動を展開する〕〔信念に基づき目標達成に向け,創造的な活動を展開する〕など8つの中核的特徴があることを示唆した.結語:今回明らかになった8つの特徴は,保健師の職業的発達の指標になることを示唆した. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objectives : To clarify the role model behaviors of public health nurses as perceived by public health nurses, as well as the personal characteristics of nurses. Methods : A questionnaire on role model behavior and a survey form on personal characteristics were administered to a total of 414 public health nurses working at randomly selected health centers nationwide. Data were collected by postal mail. Result : Among the 278 responses (response rate, 63.0%), 140 responses in which a role model was indicated as "present" and role model behavior was clearly stated were analyzed using Berelson's content analysis method. A total of 40 categories indicating the role model behavior of public health nurses were identified, including "always understands situations from multiple perspectives, and makes judgments and handles matters calmly and appropriately", and "recognizes the feelings of patients and their families, and provides close support". The rate of concordance based on W.A. Scott's formula was >_70%, indicating the reliability of the categories. Discussion : Analysis of the 40 categories indicated that the role model behavior of public health nurses revealed eight core characteristics, including "engages in healthcare activities based on regional characteristics while cooperating with other institutions and professions", and "demonstrates specialized skills and handles problems quickly and appropriately". Conclusion : The eight characteristics elucidated herein may be indicators of vocational development for public health nurses. | |||||
