| 内容記述 | 目的:看護系大学のシラバスの記述内容の分析を通して,安全管理に関する教育内容の現状を明らかにし,看護基礎教育課程におけるカリキュラム検討の基礎資料とする.方法:平成18年度に開学しているわが国の全ての看護系大学にシラバスの提供を依頼した.入手したシラバスを精読し,安全管理に関する教育内容を含む授業科目を抽出した.次に授業の内容について, Berelson,B.の内容分析の手法を参考に分析した.結果:28校のシラバスを分析した.安全管理について,独立した授業科目を設定している大学は4校,内容の一部に含んだ授業科目を設定している大学は25校であった.これら計61科目の授業内容から抽出した安全管理に関する教育内容は,19カテゴリを形成した.結論:看護系大学カリキュラムにおける安全管理教育の充実に向けて,19カテゴリを集約して得られた安全管理に関する教育内容の5側面にそってミニマムエッセンシャルズを検討することが必要である. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objectives : The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to discuss nursing curricula and clarify the present conditions of education about safety management. This was done by analyzing contents of the syllabi of undergraduate nursing programs. Methods : Data were collected from syllabi of all Japanese university nursing programs that were enrolling students in 2006. We performed content analysis of subjects taught, including those related to safety management. Results : A total of 28 syllabi were analyzed. Four universities set safety management as an independent subject, and 25 set it as part of another subject. From these we extracted 61 items (19 categories) of class contents related to safety management. Based on the features of these categories of class contents, five aspects of safety management education were identified. Conclusions : In order to enhance safety management education in university nursing curricula, it is necessary to examine educational content according to five aspects of educational contents regarding safety management. | |||||
