| 内容記述 | 研究目的:性格特性の1つである交流分析における基本的構えと健康行動との関連を明らかにする.研究方法:看護系短期大学の2年生の保護者71名を対象に,自記式質問紙を用いて基本属性と5つの健康行動(BMI,喫煙,運動,飲酒,睡眠),TEGを用いて基本的構えを明らかにし,基本集計および分散分析を行い分析した.結果:全体の6割が適正飲酒・喫煙行動を実施しており,7割に運動習慣がなかった.また,女性が有意に適正飲酒・喫煙行動を実施し,全体の約7割が2～3種類の適正健康行動を実施していた.基本的構え別には,【自他肯定】では,BMIと運動が低く,【自肯他否】では,喫煙以外すべて低く,【自否他肯】と【自他否定】では,運動が共に低かった.最も適正健康行動を均等に実施していたのは,【自他否定】であった.結論:理想的構えである【自他肯定】が,最も健康行動を実施しておらず,適正健康教育の必要性が示唆された. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore the basic positions in Transactional Analysis as personality traits, and clarify their relationship with health behaviors. Methods: Subjects were 71 parents of second-year nursing students. Their individual attributes and five health behaviors (BMI, Smoking, Exercise, Drinking, Sleep) were measured using self-report questionnaires. Their basic positions were investigated as personality traits through Transactional Analysis using TEG. Descriptive statistics and analysis of variance were used to analyze the relationship between subjects' basic positions and the five health behaviors. Results: Of all subjects, 60% had healthy drinking and smoking habits, while 70% had no exercise habits. Women had a significantly higher incidence of healthy drinking and smoking habits, while 70% of all subjects had at least 2 or 3 proper health behaviors. Regarding the relationship between their basic positions and the five health behaviors, [I am OK, you are OK] subjects were low for both BMI and Exercise, [I am OK, you are not OK] subjects were low for all the behaviors except Smoking, both [I am not OK, you are OK] and [I am not OK, you are not OK] subjects were low for Exercise. [I am not OK, you are not OK] subjects were found to have well-balanced, healthy behaviors. Conclusions: [I am OK, you are OK] is considered to be an ideal life style. However, [I am OK, you are OK] subjects had the lowest scores for the five health behaviors. Therefore, proper health education is suggested for such individuals. | |||||
