| 内容記述 | 看護学実習指導の展開には、授業の対象である学生の理解が不可欠である。これは、看護実践の展開に、対象理解が不可欠であることと同様である。本稿は、筆者自身の学生の理解と支援が、研究に取り組み、その成果を活用することを通して、どのように変化してきたのかを紹介する。具体的には、看護学実習中の学生理解の不足に起因する問題への直面、学生を理解するための研究への取り組み、研究成果を活用した学生理解と支援という過程を経た。これらを通して、筆者は、授業の対象である学生理解の重要性を学び、常に対象理解を試みるようになった。また、実習中の学生が実習目標達成を目ざす学習者であることを確認し、自己を学生の目標達成の支援者であると明確に位置づけた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | For the development of appropriate clinical teaching, it is essential for nursing faculty to understand their students. This is the same as in nursing practice, in which it is essential for nurses to understand their patients. This article reports the author's changes in understanding of and support for students through research and utilization of findings. Such changes involved the process of facing problems caused by the lack of understanding nursing students, research in order to understand nursing students and understanding and supporting nursing students by utilizing the findings. Through this process, the author recognized the importance of understanding students and came to try to understand students. Further defined nursing faculty as supporters of students for their goal attainment. | |||||
