| 内容記述 | 目的：以前より大量の除菌，殺菌商品が販売されているが，一部の商品については殺菌効果が疑われことから，その効果を比較検証した． 方法：関連するいくつかの予備実験を基礎に，手指や鼻腔内に由来する細菌のSCD 寒天培地に出現するコロニー数を用いて，消臭剤，アルコール製剤，アルコール系ジェル，ベンザルコニウム系消毒剤，次亜塩素酸水の4 種類について，商品の効果を確認した． 結果：アルコールに類する物が含まれている消臭剤，アルコール製剤およびアルコールを含むジェル剤，塩化ベンザルコニウムで一定の効果があった．しかし，明らかにアルコール濃度の低いアルコール製剤，アルコールを含むジェル剤や，規格表記に準じていない市販の次亜塩素酸水は，効果が無かった． 結論：結果は，生物試料の限界としての播種方法の定量性に問題点があり，結果は明確ではなかったが，市販商品の表示に多くの問題点があることが判明した． |

| 内容記述 | Objectives: Numerous commercial sanitization and sterilization products are available, but some of them products seem to be ineffective, so we compared them and verified their effects. Method: Based on the results of preliminary experiments, the numbers of colonies appearing on SCD agar medium derived from bacteria (e.g., Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli) that are resident in the author's fingers and nasal cavity were counted after application of the different sanitization and sterilization products. The effects of the commercial products were compared and examined from several perspectives, such as deodorant, alcohol preparation, alcohol gel, benzalkonium disinfectant and hypochlorous acid waters. Results: Deodorants containing alcohol-like substances, alcohol preparations and gels containing alcohol, and benzalkonium chloride exhibited certain effects. However, alcohol preparations with a clearly low alcohol concentration, gels containing alcohol, and commercially available hypochlorous acid waters that do not conform to the industry standards notation had no effect. Conclusion: Although quantitation of the seeding method for the biological samples was problematic in the present study and may have affected the clarity of the results, the labeling on some of the commercial products tested was found to be inaccurate. |
