 note = {Article, 目的:児童思春期病棟に勤務する看護師の看護に関する意識を検討する.方法:郵送調査法.個人的属性票は単純集計,自由記述票は質的帰納的分析,職業的アイデンティティ尺度(PISN)は記述統計,Shapiro-Wilk検定で正規性を確認し,正規分布の属性は一元配置分散分析とt検定,正規分布ではない属性はKruskal Wallis検定,Mann-Whitney検定を行った.結果:有効回答は23名(82.1%).看護の魅力は【思春期という時期での関わり】【人間としての成長】等,看護の困難さは【関わり方】【患者理解】【家族との関わり】,看護の役割として【キーパーソン】【情報提供者】【家族との橋渡し】,看護する上で意識している事として,【距離感】【全体像の把握】【肯定的アセスメント】であった.看護師の基本的属性と職業的IDは性別と雇用形態で有意差が認められた.結論:児童思春期病棟に勤務する看護師は,思春期青年期にある患者ということを意識しており,患者との人間関係的な側面を意識して看護を実践している., Object : To investigate the nurse's consciousness in hospital ward for pubescent patients. Method : an investigation by mail. Personal attribution was simple tabulation. Free description was analyzed qualitatively and inductively. The PISN was descriptive statistics. The normality was confirmed by the Shapiro-Wilk examination. The attribute of normal distribution was developed one-way analysis of variance and the T examination, the attribute of normalized distribution was developed the Kruskal Wallis examination and the Mann-Whitney examination. Results : The valid response was 23 (82.1%). The appeals of nursing are "the relationship in pubescent age", "growing as a person", and so on. The difficulties of nursing are "how to get into", "empathy for patients" and "how to get into their families". The roles of nursing are "key person", "informer" and "serve as an intermediary between their families". The conscious things are "feeling of distance", "understanding the whole context" and "positive assessment". There are some significant differences in basic attributes and occupational ID by gender and employment status. Conclusion : The nurses working in hospital ward for pubescent patients have a consciousness that their patients are pubescent.
