Institutions provided support for the creation of a practical environment to the trainees (67.1%) and to the institutions to which the trainees belonged (62.7%). The contents of the\nsupport included providing information, advice on building organizational systems, and follow-up training. The challenges were insufficient dissemination of information on specified acts for doctors, nurses, and other professionals.\nConclusion: In the institutions’ efforts to create a practice environment, a variety of support was provided to promote smooth practice after the training.
