Firstly, by applying the Methodology for Conceptualization of Nursing, 11 concepts were created that represent clients' behaviors that led to the solving of problems. Secondly, by using 9 concepts that represent nurses' behaviors when problems were solved, based on the results of the first step and the previous studies, interaction scenes that led to problem solving were analyzed and 24 elements in the following 3 characteristics were identified. Characteristic 1, which contains 12 elements, is interaction that directly leads to problem-solving. Characteristic 2, which contains 6 elements, is interaction that disturbs problem-solving. Characteristic 3, which contains 6 elements, is interaction that promotes the process for solving problems. Also the elements that comprise each interaction scene were examined and 4 interaction patterns were identified. These were 'straightforward type of problem solving', 'preventing the occurrence of disturbing factors type of problem-solving', 'overcoming the disturbing factors type of problem-solving' and 'priority intricate type of problem-solving'. Among the elements that form interaction patterns, only Characteristic 1 has been suggested as the general model for problem-solving process. However, the reality is that it is difficult to solve all problems using only this and the study demonstrated that problem-solving in nursing care is much more complicated. In addition, the study showed that Characteristic 3 is an important element in overcoming and avoiding the situations that are hindering the problem-solving., •rights: 日本看護教育学学会 •rights: 本文データは学協会の許諾に基づきCiNiiから複製したものである •relation: isVersionOf:http://ci.nii.ac.jp/naid/110009457768, 原著}, pages = {9--24}, title = {問題解決場面における看護師-クライエント間相互行為パターンの解明}, volume = {21}, year = {2012} }
