The measurement tools used were the“ Educational Needs Assessment Tool for Nursing Faculty” and“ Learning Needs Assessment Tool for Nursing Faculty”.\nResults: The mean total score on the educational needs assessment tool was 78.5 (SD, 16.1). The mean total score on the learning needs assessment tool was 143.6 (SD, 15.6). Inexperienced faculty members had higher scores in items related to learning needs.
